Eventualy had an appt at the practice. Waiting time is improving re time sitting in the waiting room for my appointment. Getting an appointment in the first place can be weeks. Just the situation all practice’s seem to be in.

Amy was very pleasant and thorough. My only problem is she sent me the results but the My Record link doesn't recognise my email address and there is no option to change it, so I can't access the information!

Blood test

I had my first blood test with Nurse Aisling and wanted to share some positive feedback. She realised that I was nervous and immediately put me at ease. She explained everything clearly, carried out the blood test with great care and efficiency and made the whole experience as comfortable as possible.
As this was my first visit to the surgery since becoming a patient, I really appreciated such a positive experience. Thank you, Nurse Aisling, for your excellent care and for making such a great first impression.

Brilliant

Received a call to say my anima submission needed a doctor appointment. Within two hours I saw the doctor and received a prescription for an inner and outer ear infection. Had to phone a few days later as I was having problems getting hold of an item in the prescription and Stephanie was absolutely brilliant
