Skin complaint
I went online to see if I could get an appointment for my skin. I went through all the details asked of me and the same day, a few hours later, received a phone call from East Cliff saying that you have an appointment for 4pm, can you attend, so I went.

Neil was excellent, following extensive tests and 2 reviews he informed I would require another referral if I needed to see him again. Seems daft as I have a 6 to 9 month program to complete.

Speedy appointments
Once I completed the online request about pains in my hip I received immediate appointment dates to see a physiotherapist who booked me in for the day after blood test and x-ray. I then was given a date to see a GP who then started the referral process and date came to see a consultant. I am very happy with speed of events. Thank you East Cliff Practice.

Dermatology appointment
Thorough questioning, checking on what's happened previously, physical exam with photos taken and then asking if I'd be happy for a biopsy. Yes! Different cream to help with itching. Lovely lady, easy to speak to and I felt confident in her decision.
