The nurse took out my staples following total knee replacement surgery. She was efficient but did not rush the procedure and was kind and caring.

Felt the GP didn’t care

I felt the GP did not care and wanted me in and out as quickly as possible. I asked how they were and they didn’t ask how I was. The GP was paying more attention to the screen and a photo I had sent in. I asked if they actually wanted to see it with their own eyes and they just dismissed it. I showed them anyway and they just took a quick glance and focus more on the photo rather than what was in front of them.
I felt very dismissed and let down to be honest.

B12 injection.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a long wait. Sadly there are many clinics going on at once and people seeing different clinicians. Sadly it is inevitable that in any healthcare setting there is going to be delays due to the multi-chronic diseases that some patients have that require attention which I do hope you can understand. Our reception staff are extremely busy behind the front desk dealing with queries and medical issues from the clinical team which must be their priority.

Caring and attentive

Faye is a really lovely nurse. She was working with another member of staff on my visit who was extremely helpful also. Both nurses were helpful, informative, caring and attentive. Both showed good listening skills and had time for my appointment. Made me feel very comfortable. Appointment was on time also.
