I saw a physician associate on friday and the lady I saw was excellent! She explained who she was and took a lot of time asking questions and discussing what she thought my skin patch might be. I felt very happy with all the information I received.

Good experience
I was actually seen a little earlier than my appointment time, so absolutely no waiting which was really great! The doctor listened and discussed my issue and arranged follow up. He seemed very tired, probably not surprisingly in a busy surgery. I had to wait what seemed quite a while to get an appointment. It’s my first experience of using this system and I can see advantages and disadvantages to it.
