I used the appointment system Anima for the first time. Had a quick response. Was seen by a doctor that day. I was referred for a scan that same week at the Grange Surgery.

Something has to change
I requested 2 weeks ago through anima for my record history of the last two years and it took 2 weeks for an administrator to send me an email stating I needed to fill out a form. I can’t seem to understand why it took this long to send me a form for something I was in need of, and I put a timing on this saying I needed my records within the 2 weeks if possible

Good face to face appointment
Dr Siva asked to see me following blood test results for an ongoing problem. He was very thorough and had a plan to get me sorted out. My only concern was he hasn’t been forwarded a letter that had been sent to him from my endocrinologist. It was on the computer but it was the first he had heard of it. Seems to be ok though as he actioned everything from the letter whilst I was in the surgery.

Helpful and extremely kind
Wasn't sure if I had a UTI or not. Was seen by Beverly who was most sympathetic and helpful and extremely kind and friendly, put me at my ease straight away.
Gave me a thorough check and there was no rushing involved. Because it wasn't straightforward whether I had UTI or not she prescribed an antibiotic just in case. I had been worried about the weekend if the problem got worse.
