Was told to get a fit note from the doctors for Dwp. A bit of a pain going through the online booking process but got there in the end.
The doctor who saw me was very good and understanding. He was not sure if he had given me the right form as it only lasted 3 months..but the overall experience was very good

Visit to Surgery to review X-Ray results
Although I was expecting to see Dr Siva, I saw a locum instead, Dr Green (I think), who far exceeded my expectations. He was caring, knowing why I was there, and took time to discuss the results, explaining clearly what the X-Ray showed. All in all, a thoroughly worthwhile visit.

My first appointment and significant one
I was very happy with the outcome of my appointment. GP was pleasant and made me feel at ease, and listened to me. I left feeling pleased that I'd finally plucked up the courage to see a doctor about my concerns. The further investigations I am now referred for are happening quite quickly too.

Consultation with a doctor
I visited the pharmacy with an eye photo of the 89 year old lady that I look after. The pharmacy said they do not treat eyes, consult your doctors. This was on Monday. Went on line to complete Anima questionnaire but the system went off line. Managed to complete Anima on Tuesday and had a late afternoon call from the doctors to say that the prescription would be sent to the pharmacy. Went to the pharmacy on Wednesday morning to find no prescription had been sent. Went into the doctors who said that the doctor was not in on Wednesday and the receptionist would leave a note to place a prescription and let me know. Late Thursday afternoon I phoned the practice as I had not been contacted. I was number 6 in the queue and it took ages to get through. Eventually I got through and they said someone had forgotten to the press button. Eventually collected the prescription on Friday.
