Had an appointment with Dr Ucha to discuss documentation sent by the gastronomy departmental consultant. So many issues had to be discussed and Dr Ucha was very patient and helped.

I am most grateful

I was pleased to see a doctor about my problems, and Dr Ucha discussed them in detail, recommended an X-ray and a blood test, and prescribed preliminary medication which proved very effective. I am most grateful for his help.

Kind, courteous, helpful

I have been attending appointments weekly with the nurses for about 8 months and in that time, without exception I have found everyone kind, courteous, helpful and very professional.
I feel very lucky to have them involved in my care.

Went through results of my blood test

Dr Ucha went through results of my blood test and explained to me what they
meant. He prescribed another blood test to examine what he thought is the problem. He spent time with the explanation and it was very clear.

I feel I’m in safe hands

Dr Brenda was lovely; kind and compassionate. We made a mutual plan together. I felt heard and although my thought process was different to hers initially she applied medical rationale for the chosen way forward at this time. I feel I’m in safe hands. Thank you Dr Brenda
