Struggling with new appointment system.

Too difficult and long winded and not obvious what to do to make GP appointments on East Cliff Website, especially if you are feeling unwell.
I would like to watch a video showing the steps needed to show how to make an appointment at the surgery.

My appointment

The new appointment system is not good because more patients are going to the surgery to make their appointments as they have no internet or cannot do it online like myself, this makes a double journey which has made more queues and noise in the waiting room

GP appointment

It was the first time I had seen my new Doctor and I felt he gave me time, listened and understood all I explained about my situation. He was supportive and caring and I felt very thankful for the time and information he gave me. I did not feel rushed or a bother which was so reassuring. I had a very positive appointment.
