The appointment was on time, the nurse explained everything very clearly and was very thorough throughout.
I received very good advice on possible symptoms to look out for in the future.

Amazing!
Karen is such an asset to the surgery. She always has a smile, is very professional, and is the only member of staff that never sends me to the hospital. I have seen others and only she can get my blood, for which I am really grateful. I cannot praise Karen enough.

I was very pleased with Nurse Madden's care and attention to detail when dealing with what was a 'hole" after a procedure to remove a haemangioma from the back of my hand. While concentrating on what she was doing, she was telling me the reasons for her decisions, which I found informative. And, happily, healing well.

I was vomiting and very weak on my legs and the carers were phoning for an ambulance which l said l didn't need, its a waste of resources, so they left me and I went to bed, but the ambulance crew phoned at 11pm to tell me they won't be coming. But I needed to see a Dr in the morning.

The nurse I saw (Charlotte?) was utterly brilliant. She gave outstanding and very informed care and did not miss a beat when I said my husband was going to join us because I had a brand new habit on this new Breast Cancer adventure of fainting! Charlotte had the room prepped for left sided dressing care and knew my situation ahead & we have never met before - she was brilliant and booked me in to remove the dressing in a week and I am so delighted and relieved I have her again.

Call queue times
Happy with the new online system - however as I had some flu like symptoms I had to call.
I was on hold for an hour (normal for the morning) and completed a form with the receptionist.
I missed the call back and received a message to call back to book an appointment. I was on hold for 2 hours trying to call back and by the time I got through all the appointments for the day were gone.
I know the econsult allows for a message to be sent that can be replied two which would have been better in this instance as I could have replied instantly and possibly been able to secure an appointment the same day.
