I go to the board on the wall to book in, this is a good invention as I can book in and sit down without standing in the line.
The nurse comes out to call me for a B12 injection. The nurses or phlebotomists are invariably kind and pleasant. The reception staff try to help with whatever your queries are in a professional manner. A kind and pleasant demeanor makes all the difference

The only thing I don't like is when you use the self check in, it says the Drs on time when 99% of the time they are running late, so why is the system not updated through the day? I waited 50 minutes for one appointment and if I had been late I wouldn't have been seen. It has to be a two way street. Needs improving.

Sadly it is inevitable that in any healthcare setting there is going to be delays due to the multi-chronic diseases that some patients have that require attention, which I do you hope you can understand. Brilliant Doctor
My 13 year old son and I were offered an appointment at the practice after completing an online form. My son had blocked ears, a complaint he's had in the past and has previously been under paediatric audiology. We thought we'd be seen by an HCA and possibly be offered a referral back to audiology.
We got a 5pm appointment, so were expecting to be late or rushed, or for the HCA to be tired or busy.
Dr. Neden called us in, he'd clearly read the referral form, and knew exactly the issue. He was calm, kind and my son absolutely adored his bedside manner. Dr. Neden resolved the issue there and then. My son came out of the appointment bouncing with delight, he could hear again.
I had coached my son before the appointment that it would be very likely that nothing would be done there and then. I was delighted I was wrong!!
So, brilliant Dr. Neden, thank you.
