Perfect experience from start to finish. Top class response and service from your receptionist. Same day appointment with a first class GP. You just know when you’re receiving genuine, thorough care.
Martello has always been very good to me and I’m grateful I have a good surgery on my doorstep.

My Experience

Dt Wyatt was the best doctor I have seen at the practice. Everything she said was needed was done very quickly and when I went to see her for the results everything was explained so that I could understand.

My Experience

I received a phone call very quickly after submitting my e-consult. I was then given an X-ray Ultrasound and blood tests within a couple of weeks. Spoke to GP 4 weeks later with results and very satisfied with this service.

My Experience

Twice now I have been sent text messages to book non urgent telephone consultations and both times there are no appointments available for at least a month. Why send out text messages if there are no appointments?

Thank you for your feedback. Unless your results are marked as urgent, the clinician will ask for a routine appointment to discuss these with you if there is anything out of the ordinary. If your results are urgent, the clinical team will specify the timing these need to be booked in by (e.g. 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days etc) and the reception team will arrange this with you as needed.
