Great employees
The employees are always helpful. What makes it impossible is the way the booking system works.
How is it that at 8am when calling to see the GP that day, there is already 25 people queuing in front of me, to be told there is no appointments left.

Sadly this is the same across the country. We have clinicians available each day with available appointments opening up at 8am. You do have the option to have a call back on our phone system which will place you into the virtual queue and once you are position one in the queue, the system will automatically call you back

Cream for dry skin
Got through at 8am no problem, asked for a telephone consultation, the doctor called me, I explained what the problem was, he gave me several questions, process of eliminate, prescribed cream, problem solve.

Gout attack
Face to face appointment with a Nurse Practitioner regarding an attack of gout. Blood test done to check Uric acid level but no treatment suggested. Allopurinol prescribed by Consultant at Kent and Canterbury Hospital the following week when I attended the renal unit at Kent and Canterbury hospital for a routine check up.

Telephone appointment
I was told I was being referred for steroid injection 6/3/25 but the referral was not sent until 13/3/25. I am currently still waiting for the appointment while suffering with excruciating pain in my right shoulder since December it affects my sleeping, bathing and dressing

Since having a heart attack two years ago I have been a more regular visitor to Martello H C . I have found everyone from the reception to the pharmacist to the doctors and nurses to be so very caring and professional. I could not speak more highly of the practice. Thank you so much
