Emergency appointment for my toddler
I have always been very happy with the Dymchurch surgery. The reception staff are always polite and listen properly to what you are saying.
The Doctor I saw on this occasion was a very warm friendly man who listened to my daughter’s situation and I feel his care and advice was spot on. Thank you as always for great care.

Very efficient and competent
After using e consult I was contacted very quickly (a day before the expected date and time).
Referral for my issue was made quickly and I was seen within a week. The specialist I saw was very thorough in their examination and referred me on for further tests.

Appointment for lump on ear
The doctor had a good look at the lump and immediately made a referral to get it checked at KCH. I have since had an appointment confirmed for next Monday 4th November, which I'm very happy about.
