I had a telephone appointment from a doctor, I didn’t feel that she was interested in me and was just judging me by my date of birth and prescribing medication to end the phone call as soon as possible.

Chest infection
Phoned the surgey got a call back then spoke to the receptionist who told me that the doctor would call me.
The Doctor was really lovely and put my mind at rest. Excellent service all round thank you. Rececption staff efficient.

The nurse was very unfriendly and abrupt, luckily I’m not scared of needles. I have never met this nurse before, every time I’ve visited before nurses have been lovely!

Chest X-ray results
Holly arranged an urgent chest X-ray. I booked it for next day and radiographer said he’d get reported as urgent.
5 days later I rang the surgery for results, was told it was down for a telephone appointment, booked it then for me but 10 days later due on the 31st.
Why could I not receive my results on the phone ?
