Blood test review

The problem with my blood test was resolved, as far as the surgery was able to, and the doctor was very quick in contacting me with regard to a continuing problem with the timing of the test.

Staff very helpful and polite, quick response on getting prescription to the pharmacy. All happy with the service I received.

Telephone consultation dealt with promptly

New to surgery so first appointment booking, got a telephone consultation which was returned within an hour of me calling for an appointment, Doctor I spoke to asked various questions to diagnose what he couldn't physically see and sent prescription needed to local pharmacy for me to collect a couple of hours later which was very useful on a Friday morning headed into the weekend.
All staff I spoke to were very polite and helpful.

I was phoned by the doctor and then asked to go to the surgery. The receptionist was friendly. The doctor was professional and kind.

Follow up from health screening

After a private health screening I was advised to see my local doctor. Despite the long wait for a telephone consultation, I was seen by the doctor the same day and referred for further investigation to two separate departments for which I have already received one appointment. The doctor was very thorough and took my own opinion into consideration.

Getting an appointment

I went into the surgery to ask for a non urgent face to face appointment, rather than ring at 8am, the receptionist was very helpful and got one sooner than I thought I would.
