Very pleasant staff, clean, tidy reception area and my appointment was on time.

I was dealt very effectively by the Practice Nurse, who was helpful and informative.

New diagnosis as diabetic.
Nurse explained how to proceed!

My experience was not a good one. Could not get to see a Doctor or even speak to a Doctor.
Had BP check with a nurse, BP through the roof but told to ring 111 while sitting in surgery, even after explaining how I was feeling. So left feeling unwell and not happy.

Really easy to make original appointment and to change it when I need to, all staff polite and helpful. Was in and out in about ten minutes.

From submitting an E-Consult to the quick phone call back from GP to the reception staff, they were all very helpful and kind.

My recent visit to the practice was a great experience from the friendly helpful receptionist to the nurse I saw for routine exam and the helpfulness of everyone there.

I was treated with respect when I arrived and did not have to wait very long. The Nurse was amazing, chatting to me about my work and hers. I got the answers I needed and felt very relaxed.

I have an appointment on the 15th which is a telephone appointment for blood results which have shown something up, my hand has swollen up since something rotten, I have called for a sooner appointment to no avail only to have been greeted my a rude receptionist with major attitude and no empathy whatsoever to my situation. 3 and half weeks for a telephone appointment is disgusting in my opinion and it’s obvious my hand needs visually looking at so I’m gonna have a further delay in getting it actually looked at after the telephone consultation on the 15th of April which may be yet again weeks, leaving patients in agony and discomfort is one thing but to get attitude from receptionist isn’t acceptable, it costs nothing to be a nice person. I have never had this problem from receptionist in the past I am very disappointed.

I received prompt treatment after having a hip replacement and am satisfied with everything.

I find the staff very helpful and courteous when I have called them. I also work in the health sector and understand the pressures they are under.

On entering, I was greeted by a helpful and smiley receptionist, called in on time and saw a nurse who took the time to explain everything she was going to do!

With all the problems facing medical centres, Martello is refreshingly different, lovely staff, interested doctors, very happy.

Felt very supported due to continuing health concerns.
