I rang to arrange a call as requested about a urine infection was told to expect a call the next day. Nobody rang. Still got the infection and no antibiotics.

Spoke with a doctor/nurse on the phone regarding my ear swab results. I mentioned I needed my mental health records etc she assured me I’d receive them the following week - nearly 4 weeks later still nothing.
