Visit to GP
The GP was lovely, very friendly and efficient. Getting the appointment was another matter. That experience was awful, took me 4 days and ended up involving 111 and the hospital.

Sadly the demand for primary care services is extremely high and up and down the country the system is at breaking point. We are providing the most amount of appointments we can safely. I do hope that you can understand that the system is currently in high demand but we are trying our best for all patients at the practice.

My experience was very positive
Although the Dr was running late, she couldn’t apologise enough (I understand that this can happen). I totally understood. The Dr herself was very nice and was very caring and thorough. I don’t go to the Doctors very much so wasn’t quite sure what to expect. My experience was very positive with no complaints whatsoever.

Appointment
I attended an appt with Dr Wyatt for her advice on a rash I had developed over recent weeks. Also whilst there I asked if it was possible to examine my left breast as I had a sort of pull under my left arm that although hard to explain, seemed a bit odd. Dr Wyatt gave me a thorough breast examination and although was 99% sure there was nothing to worry about has reffered me for a mammogram. I was very happy with the appointment, Dr Wyatt was very nice throughout.
