Not my usual Doctor's surgery, lovely welcoming staff. Thorough appointment with the lovely, calming and friendly Dr Good and very understanding assistant. Appointment was very quick and any problems about the procedure to contact the surgery. Thank you 😊

Great service given recently for my son, phoned surgery for an appointment late in the day and was asked to complete an amina request, less than 2 hours after this the antibiotics were prescribed and ready to collect.

Found the e-consult easy to use. Had a telephone call within about an hour to see a dr at lunchtime. Very pleasant and thorough arranging tests etc. Couldn't fault.

Registered with the oaks and on the same day my wife managed to get an appointment for that afternoon after we had been having terrible service from vine medical.
Dr was very good with her and spent a lot of time going through things and as she could not rule out a blood clot was advised to go to A&E for blood test and x ray which we did.
Very good first impressions.

Called my normal surgery for appt as after the weekend offered me one here 7pm Friday. I was met by Chloe receptionist very welcoming and saw Dr Ghafoor Who examined me and arranged an Ambulance as what I thought was an urinary infection was something more serious ! Thank you both for taking good care for me. Still recovering..Thank you.

Reception staff are caring and very helpful. Accessibility good for wheelchair access, pharmacy directory beside surgery. Very handy.
Car park can get very busy, 4 disabled bays.

I enrolled with them the second day I got the approval, in the same that I requested for an appointment, a doctor called me afternoon time and until the closing time I had my bloods taken as well, very impressed + the phebotomy lady was so gentle didn't feel a thing. So if you have needle fobia that is the place to go.

I couldn't see my normal GP and was sent to an out of hours one at this local center. I was very impressed with the calm and patience the doctor I saw had, and their care. Everyone from the staff at the reception, the nurse and the GP was very nice, polite and empathetic, nothing felt rushed, I felt listened to and they made me feel at ease!
The layout may need a bit of TLC, but to me the staff and overall experience mattered the most. Thank you to everyone who works there!

I was registered with Oaks for 5 years. Absolutely brilliant! I was able to get appointments and the service was great. I have now moved house, and it is a shame my new postal code does not fall under their radius. Thanks to all the staff, especially the doctors and nurses!
