Appointments
I have been seen by 3 different doctors. Each one having to read up what is my problem. Each one getting something wrong. I dont know who my main doctor is. Grateful for being seen but nervous as the last doctor I saw had a strong
accent and I did not always understand what he said.
Too stressed to keep asking, just wanted to know outcome of my tests.

Doctor Minter is the first doctor I’ve seen since Doctor Stanley that I have felt entirely comfortable with, he was very kind and thorough.

Flu and covid vaccination
Although the actual vaccination procedure was very good I was a little concerned to see so many elderly people having to queue outside. I waited 30 minutes before entering the building quite a painful experience with an arthritic hip. Fortunately it wasn't raining otherwise I would have returned home.

Excellent from receptionist to doctor
I rang in the morning, reception listened, a doctor rang me, made an appointment for that day then made arrangements for me to have an exray and arrangements to make a physio appointment. I haven’t seen a doctor since covid and don’t know how to use the new system but from receptionist to doctor they were helpful, thank you.

Health check with Charlotte was excellent. It was a very comprehensive health check with blood tests. Charlotte was very professional and efficient.

Winter jabs and covid jabs
A well organised visit for our yearly jabs. A lot of patients but very efficient, quick and well planned. Well done to all staff concerned. Thank you.

Annual vaccinations
I had to queue for 45 minutes, outside, before entering the building. Fortunately the sun was shining and it wasn't too cold. I felt very sorry for those who were struggling to stand for so long. The vaccination was fine and staff were excellent.

Booking appointment with doctor
Although I was able to get sorted quite quickly the dependance on completing the eConsult is not helpful to the large number of people who do not wish to be surgically connected to electronic devices or internet dependant.
