I have no problem with the staff, all were helpful & doctor was very helpful. I just find the system & struggling to get through to speak to someone is not helpful & frustrating.

I have just transferred to the Oaks & use the e consult option which has been great. I had a blood test done at the surgery this week & the nurse was amazing (thanks Charlotte) within 48 hours I had a call from the Dr & a prescription was at the chemist within the hour. Great service

Lovely nurse
Lately you only get to see Nurses.
Cannot remember the last time I actually saw a doctor, never available.
You call in the morning and no appointments available. Shocking.
