Very pleased
Phoned at 8am and was already no. 9 in the queue. Given the option of a call back when reaching front of queue, which was good. Explained problem and then received text message informing me that I would get a call from GP. Received that call and was offered a face to face consultation that same afternoon. Excellent.

The doctor we saw (for my 2 year old daughter) was absolutely amazing. He made the appointment as easy as it could be. He was super friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable.

Excellent service
Great visit today, all communication clear and concise. Very clean waiting room, signs and prompts well placed. My nurse today who saw me, was Hayley, she listened to my concerns with empathy and was clear with her advice and passed on sites to reach out too for further information.
