My treatment at an appointment
I saw an ANP who took the trouble to spend enough time to cover the issues that concerned me. I received treatment, appropriate medication and pathways forward. I left feeling comfortable that my concerns had been fully addressed. Thank you for your support.

My podiatrist identified a potential problem and recommended I consult with my GP. Accordingly I sent an email, received an acknowledgement and then a call from a GP who arranged to see me at the surgery within two hours.

Slow progress of prescription issuing
Suggest the required extra approval for some ingredients of prescription such as Steroid which can proceed more efficiency. I visited GP in the morning and prescription just ready on the other days. Hope it can be faster in future.

After completing an e consult I was quickly contacted by the surgery and offered an appointment the same morning. I attended the appointment and a prescription was sent to my nominated pharmacy. I was sent a link via text and asked to arrange a blood test. However when I had a chance to use the link (I was in a poor signal area) the link had expired. (within 9 hours).
The experience is now a bit soulless. Check in via screen, follow signs to upstairs waiting room which is in darkness until motion sensors click on. Then a disembodied voice told me to go to room number ... Didn t see another soul until then. But overall very pleased to be seen so quickly.

Lovely doctor
I filled in the e-consult and had a phone call to make me an appointment very quickly.
The doctor I saw (Nana) was very nice and very thorough. He was running late which was frustrating but when I saw him I felt listened to and hopefully have the solution to my problem.
