Failure of telephone consultation
I did an e consult on Friday 29/8 and was informed that the clinical pharmacist would ring me before 6.30pm to discuss my medication as it has been making me feel ill. The telephone call never happened and I had my phone with me at all times during work and the rest of the day.

Okayish doctors
As a surgery when they get it right they are excellent, they don't always get it right.
I cannot understand why the e-consult is locked to 8am. What if you start work at 6am? What do you do?
That said in comparison to The Vine group they are head over heels better but that's not hard.
You are safe in their hands but def room for improvement.

I received a phone call the morning after my enquiry and saw a senior nurse who I felt immediately at ease with. She examined me and was professional and took time to listen whilst I described my symptoms.
I was very satisfied with the experience.

Fantastic Doctor
I was fortunate enough to see Dr Mintah Ghansah this morning. He is exceptional; caring, thorough and thoughtful. The best doctor I have seen in a long time. I would be very happy to have him as my GP.
