Very good
Friendly and efficient
Whilst the Technology was down when I arrived for my appointment which had caused a queue as everyone was having to check in with reception, rather than the machine, the lady there was calm and organised and quickly had everyone booked in and seated.
The Technology issue had also taken the screens down so the Doctors and Nurses were having to come out and get their patients but again all seemed in good spirits. my appointment was on time and the nurse introduced herself, explained what she would be doing, she was friendly and efficient, giving all the necessary information. The appointment from start to finish was painless.

Poor staff training
When eventually getting through to the surgery every time I asked a question I was put on hold for the receptionist to get an answer, about 4 times. This is not the first time I have been given unacceptable responses from receptionist for instance confirming us to attend appointments only to be told when we travelled there it was not necessary.

Visit to a nurse
It was great to actually see and talk to a human being. I felt much better having the nurse see my leg and be able to get a further diagnosis to be arranged with a dermatology department.

The nurse I saw was very kind and understanding. However, I had requested a double timeslot due to issues when taking blood for a test due to damage to my veins in the left arm. The right arm cannot be used.
