Have been placing for Sertraline for a few years without a problem via my usual Patient Access account on 23/7. Totally different this time. No request as usual for memorable word characters, but a lot of stuff about downloading apps to mobile and numerous 'I am not a robot' screens to complete login. Why? This was rejected by yourselves with no reason. Again, why?. Tried phoning you today but gave up after 20 mins, which seems to be norm these days judging by other reviews. Medical staff great once you can get to see them past admin procedures!

Good service but near impossible to access.
The appointment webform is difficult to use. Reception queues too long, staff trying to help older patients fill out webforms to access appointments. Service from medical team great, but so difficult to get an appointment or talk to a human.

Appointment with Nurse.
Arrived a little early for my appointment. The Receptionist was very pleasant. Waited only ten minutes when my name was called. Nurse Chloe was made me feel at ease and all went well. An all round good experience.

It was a wrong appointment. I booked the appt online for Diabetic Nurse F/U, it turned out to be the Diabetic Foot check. No such person is in the online booking appt. So it was a waste of my time.

Waste of their time
If they had looked at my medical history they would have seen that the test results for me were normal and have been for over 12 years. There is no action that can be taken to alter the results and they are at worse, borderline. But when I questioned about an appointment about a heart abnormality that is 8 months overdue she could offer no action. Not her fault but waste of nhs money and time concerning something that cannot be changed rather than something that needs action.
