Thank you for providing your feedback. The car park is shared with the onsite dentist and Pharmacy, we also have 21 clinical rooms in use within the surgery. There are many users of the building which unfortunately does place a strain on the space within the car park

We had Problems booking an e-consult as system closed earlier than advertised. Very difficult Getting through to reception. Once that was eventually sorted …
The actual follow up consult on phone was very thorough and timing was kept. The appointment in person was also very thorough and made us feel at ease. Simon had a great manner with my child, fully explaining things so they would understand and taking away the fear. Very happy

Second call for blood test.
Had a text on 2nd July for a second blood test. Called receptionist to ask why. Ferritin levels were low in previous blood test so needed to check this again.
Booked it for Tues 9th at 11am. Saw the Phlebotomist, Nurse Tracy, who was going to give me a totally different blood test which she said needed to be done in 2 parts. I told her this blood test was to check low ferritin levels. Was this necessary?
She went out of the room and returned with the appropriate form. This was taking extra time up for Nurse Tracy who was such a lovely person. I felt sorry for her.
This is the second time this has happened to me. There seems to be a great lack of communication between the receptionist and the Phlebotomist. I do hope this improves for the sake of the Phlebotomist and the patient.
I didn't receive a reminder for my blood test but maybe this isn't your usual practice.

Poor call back system
EConsult completed, received 3 calls from surgery in space of 2 minutes. Missed the call. Now have to start again. Harsh way of doing call backs and ticking a box to say you’ve tried 3 times.
