Blood test fine, booking in vould be easier
Blood test nurse prompt, friendly and efficient. When booking in on automatic screen, surname of nurse is displayed, but noticeboard above showing whether appt is on ground or 1st floor uses forename, so I had to queue up at desk to ask, which rather negates the efficiency of the electronic booking method.

I was seen by a Nurse who cleaned my wound and dressed it. She was very kind and very professional. She also prescribed Antibiotics as the wound was infected. Excellent Service.

Had a phone consultation in the morning with a nurse and was asked to go in for a face to face appt a few hours later. I was impressed that I was booked in so quickly!! Appt went as expected. I'm a fairly new patient at Oaks Healthcare and so far everyone that I have met have been both helpful, friendly and professional!

Urine problem
I contacted you as early as I was able to get through on Wednesday morning and told the receptionist I needed advice from Dr Arshad as my symptoms were worse. I wanted advice and support with what to do. I expected a phone call from the doctor but instead I just got a text saying if I get worse I should consider A&E. So worse than what I was then? How much worse should I let it get?
The bottom line is that I felt let down by you. You could have even referred me directly to A&E to save time - and given them access to my notes which are otherwise hidden from them.

Follow up blood pressure test
As my appointment was 8:10am I was surprised to wait near 30minutes over that time. It was worth the wait due to a pleasant conversation with staff and a positive outcome from the manual test along with peace of mind. Thanks.

Simon was brilliant
I had a phone back within an hour then called in for a check, prescribed antibiotics. My sinus infection cleared up completely within a couple of days.

Staff on the phone and Dr Good
Can I just say how helpful I find the staff on the other end of the phone. I have a few health conditions and on quite a lot of medication and every time I have called with a problem they have always been polite and helped me solve any issues.
Dr Good is such a support and listens every time I speak to her. Between us we have managed to get me off of one of my medications.
