After trying to get through for months, when I eventually got through the service I received was great. Called by doctor within the hour & prescription sorted.
Shame it takes so long to get through on the phone. A lot of us work & don't have the time to sit on the phone for ages. Get told to fill in online consultation that's never working and can't make an appointment to see a GP via patient access!

Well cared for at Oak Center
I had a telephone from the nurse and after that I was able to see my own doctor! Thank you doctor for your valuable time and I am recovering slowly! Glad me & my family are well cared for at Oak Center Cowplain.

Most impressed
The doctor was extremely good to see the problem and got in touch with the Hospital straightaway. I’ve now had a CT scan at the hospital, waiting for results of scan, all carried out very quickly. Most impressed with both Doctor and Hospital.

The treatment was good. Ongoing treatment.
However, contacting the Surgery, and getting to see my GP is simply atrocious. Impossible to book an appointment for doctor.
