An absolute delight
I visited the surgery last Thursday with my son for his preschool booster. We were lucky enough to be looked after by June, who was honestly an absolute delight. Totally put my son at ease (and me). No tears from anyone! I couldn't believe how well he coped, and I just know it was thanks to the confidence and kind nature of June.
She is an absolute credit to the surgery. I always think people are all too quick to complain nowadays, but it's so important to also get in touch when someone knocks your socks off! Thank you June, my son loved his trip to the doctor's!

Although the phone lines are busy and hard to get through when you do I cannot fault them they call back and many of times have got kids in same day at convenience time to be seen and doctors have all been brilliant

Cannot contact the surgery
I'm sure the staff are great, I wouldn't know because I can't actually pass go i.e. I have now been trying to call for 45 minutes with 'line busy'. If I call after 8am I'm told that all the GP slots are gone, try again tomorrow (only if the doctor is not in tomorrow, it will be next week!). OK, not urgent so can I make an appointment for next week? Sorry, we don't do that. This isn't a service!

I started ringing the surgery at 07:59 26/2/24. I have now phoned 139 times and received a constant busy tone until in total frustration I have given up at 08:40.
I find this service extremely poor!
