Whenever I've called everyone has been kind, friendly and helpful. My experience of the GPs has also been superb. Yes, the phone system is a nightmare but I think that's the same at most practices in the current climate. That's not the fault of those who continue to work and serve. Thank you to everyone at the Oaks for everything you do.
