Very good experience, reception staff have been so helpful with personal and request for family, GP call back within 1hr.
Every surgery is obviously struggling and has its good days and bad, there is immense pressure and patient and work loads.
Recently moved here and this surgery is much better than our previous, registered quickly and could use all services.
Mornings before 10 is call in for GP call back. After 11 is for more routine of if you do need to speak to someone.

I have always found the staff at this surgery to be friendly, helpful and efficient and professional. On one occasion when I did have a problem, it was dealt with quickly and I felt I was listened to. The NHS are working very hard. In a world where you can be anything, be kind.

I must be very lucky because whenever I have needed an appointment or for my children we’ve been dealt with really quickly and efficiently with really helpful staff. Once they couldn’t help due to staff sickness, but that was a one off. To be fair most of our interactions are with the nursing team but couldn’t ask for more from a dr surgery so far, with all the help we’ve had (me and the kids).
Interesting to note however that my husband (who works full time) finds the practice really frustrating with the call waiting times (these are long) and the lack of dr availability and feels like he’s had a very different service than the one I experienced.
I have taken away one star because they do seem understaffed and that a lot of the drs appear to be very part time so if it’s not your drs day to be in you’re not going to see anyone unless it’s an emergency.

I come in to the surgery a fue weeks ago and I was super upset with concerns about my daughter a kind lady but if Jackie was super supportive to me and helpful with the concerns of my daughter she put my mind at ease and I left feeling so much better Thankyou again Jackie xx

Rang after 11am to book an appointment, very friendly staff and was able to get a same-day slot. Doctor was lovely and helpful and the on-site pharmacy was really handy.

Every time my family or I need an appointment urgently we get seen very promptly. Less pressing issues are resolved by a telephone consultation, I can't fault them. My children's issues have always been taken seriously, and treated with kindness and compassion.

I have had nothing but great service from this doctors I moved over just before Xmas and have seen the doctor 4 times had lots of other appointments too so I am guessing all these that want a moan about not being seen can't be too important in the eyes of the doctors I'm afraid I genuinely have been looked after and I am on the road to feeling well again thanks to this practice

I can only presume that the Surgery has had a shake up of staff if the earlier comments are right. Just moved from what I would say was the worst surgery in the area and found nothing but kind, helpful staff here. 🤞🤞It stays this way. Only 4 as there is always room for improvement.

I have been going here for 10 years now. All the doctors has been nice. Except one, would give that doctor a miss if I could help it! The receptionists have been up and down but the vast majority of experiences have been positive. The nurses are always amazing and leave you feeling better. Up until the pandemic I have never had an issue getting an appointment. And even now although it may be a small wait they have always got back to me. My son was diagnosed with a disease recently and I feel they looked after him well. I must be one of the lucky ones as our family doctor is great.

I have been a patient for a decade. Next to my past doctors practice this place is great. With the pressure and cuts imposed and privatisation the tories are imposing on the nhs i am amazed how good they are, staff are very kind and helpful and the doctors are as good as you could wish for.

Cannot fault this surgery. Every time I have called I have had an appointment the same day. Excellent care from all doctors especially Dr Williams who always goes above and beyond. When I've called for my 1 year old son he is always seen ASAP. Even during the pandemic I was able to have a face to face appointment for my son. Thank you to everyone who works there.

Having recently changed over to the oaks from another local surgery; I would like to say the the entire experience has been such an eye opener; in an incredibly positive way.
The registration service was incredibly quick and took under 24 hours.
The telephone manner of the receptionists is friendly and helpful.
The appointment system is by far the best in the area... And you you get seen asap.
The doctors are friendly; knowledgable and thorough.
The nurses are gentle and friendly (nurse Kim is superb)
Would completely recommend the Oaks to everyone
