I do agree that you do have to wait a while but if you go there knowingly then go when your own doctor is on duty then you know that you'll have to wait.

We have been with the practice for thirty years and found the quality of diagnosis and care from Dr John's in particular to be excellent. The reception staff have always been patient and helpful, while the nursing staff have been friendly and professional. I like the possibility of seeing a doctor on the day you feel in need of one rather than having to make appointments for days ahead.
