I was sent text reminders, it all tied up seamlessly with the NHS app. Staff were really friendly, and have noticed a real improvement over a few years ago.

Really helpful Support
On the 18th November I asked for some advice on a drug I had been given to use as the instructions weren't clear. The doctor wasn't in that day so I spoke to Chantelle at reception. She said that she would pass the message on and check that it had been acted on when she was next in.
Doctor Longstaff contacted me when she was next in to answer my query and Chantelle checked that this had happened. This may seem like a small thing, but in a world where so many people overpromise and underdeliver, having your expectations met is priceless.
So, big thanks to Chantelle and Doctor Longstaff.

Appointments have been timely. The process is very efficient. I found the whole team, medical and admin to be very helpful and caring. Thank you. The only problem is the car park with some drivers preventing both ingress and egress.

Blood test
Lovely staff taking blood, however possibly trainee under supervision hit a nerve in my arm which then gave pain and blood stopped flowing. Hand then went numb for short while. Robin took over and all was well.
