Health check
I used the Surgery's online patient enquiry service for a health concern, receiving a reply and appointment shortly afterwards. On arrival to the Surgery the Receptionist was very helpful, the appointments system well organised, with excellent seating arrangements in the waiting room and a clear patient call board. I was seen promptly and the advice, guidance and treatment given was excellent, exceeding my expectations. I am very grateful to the Surgery team for the care provided. If this were eBay feedback I would rate my experience and care provided as: '5 star, recomended'. Thank you.

Vaccinations
I arrived at the Oaks surgery on Saturday 19th October 2024, it was well organised, patients were checked in, greeted in a friendly manner, the Nurses checked again my name & date of birth, did checks on allergies, previous reactions. Explained COVID & Flu vaccines, gave me a jab in each arm. Gave me a leaflet on COVID jab. All went very well. Thank you.

It was a good experience. Painless flu and Covid vaccines. Lovely nurse.
However, I have had quite an extreme reaction this year to I imagine the Covid vaccine. I have felt really unwell.
I have since heard of others this year having similar experiences.

Rapid response
I did an E-consult at 8am and described my symptoms. Thought I would get a phone consultation in a few days.
I had a phone call at 9am asking me to go to the surgery the same morning. Diagnosis made and treatment prescribed.
