Blood Pressure
The process of arriving at the correct doses and level of treatment seem to take months, every time I observe a worrying change. This could be cut to a few weeks if face-to-face with a GP. The nurse who attended to me this time is efficient and obviously knowledgeable, but on occasions, some seem less experienced so less competent.

Repeat prescription
Needed to drop off some notes from my recent hospital operation and to order a repeat prescription for some medication that the hospital didn't give me.
Was set up by the Receptionist to be able to order repeat prescriptions online - username and password came through within an hour of visiting the surgery.

I was met and screened at door of surgery, sanitiser was provided. I was promptly called and met by the nurse who explained what she was going to do and that results would be sent to hospital and would be available to staff within a couple of days. Overall a great service in current difficult times
