Cholesterol review

Booked for a blood test to review cholesterol after being on statins for 3 months. Appointment booked and bloods taken. Friendly and efficient service. Full blood & U&E’s reviewed on my record but doesn’t show any test for cholesterol done. Not sure if this is right?

I’m sorry can’t remember their names but the baby check lady and baby immunisation nurse were so supportive and spent loads of time talking me through my concerns.

I would recommend Crookhorn Lane Surgery. The doctors and reception staff have always been helpful. I have been referred if needed and I had confidence that they would offer the correct treatment in a timely manner.

Tummy pain

Everyone I spoke to and saw were kind friendly and helpful. The paramedic I saw at Cosham Surgery was very thorough and courteous.

Diabetic review.

Arrived on time, waited about 5mins, nurse took blood pressure, checked feet, weighed, took blood sample. Nurse was very friendly and very informative....very satisfied.

A fabulous service provided

I have taken my mum on a weekly basis to the Crookhorn Lane Surgery for the past month and I can honestly say, my mum has received an A1 service. Thank you to the Team at Crookhorn Lane Surgery.

Bring back face to face.

It is getting too technical to contact the doctors for an appointment.
It is very hard doing it on the phone screen.
When you touch an incorrect button you get sent to a different screen and have no way of getting back.
