Efficient and friendly

All very efficient with Covid screening and I felt comfortable with measures in place. Appointment ran on time and nurse was very friendly and comforting.

Very good surgery

Very good surgery. Only problem has been prescription line and general enquires only open 2 to 4 so usually a long queue and can be difficult.

Crookhorn Lane Surgery

Terrible trouble with getting medication and still not enough folic acid on repeat prescriptions. Had to send complaint letter around these issues. I have had no changes to repeat prescription so I do not understand, why.

Reception

Due to coronavirus the usual system for accessing the surgery has changed. One receptionist admitted me and took my temperature. She did not tell me where i should wait and when i returned from the toilet i asked another receptionist. She appeared very irritated about my question and was bordering on rude.

They do, however, work in what can, at times, be a stressful environment and have to endure unacceptable levels of abuse. Efficient. Was seen on time. Staff were great. Slight hiccup with blood test due to faulty equipment though but the nurse was great

Wanted a drs appt but given a phone call instead call

The practitioner called and left a message, my phone never rang???
I rang surgery and the lady said she would put me through. I get through BUT it goes straight to messaging so no dr/practitioner help. I give up!!!!
