Blood pressure and sample for test
My appointment was on time and checks at door on entry to surgery was very good, I saw the nurse who checked blood pressure and took blood sample, she was very attentive and put me at ease answering my questions about my treatment.

Recent appointment
I am very disappointed with the surgery. My husband suffered a cardiac arrest in December 18th and was in hospital till middle if Jan. He as had no follow up call from any of the Docs there, he also constantly as trouble with getting his prescription on time. He gives 1 weeks notice for meds when you ask for 72hrs, he bever gets them on time and they are essential medication. I understand we are going through a pandemic now but he had been out of hospital a few weeks before lockdown and one of the Docs could have phoned to check on him.

Recent appointment
The staff were all really friendly and gave me warning of taking my temp unlike staff member at cosham Park house! I would suggest that they assume the public don't regularly come to the doctors and make a sign to reflect this. There are so many signs on the door telling me what not to do, but I had no clue as what to actually do. I can imagine that might be difficult for someone with visual impairment or with additional learning needs, it was very confusing

Very pleasant surroundings, easy to park.
The entry procedure was easy and the staff greeting at the entrance was friendly and gave confidence.
The staff who extracted a blood test were extremely friendly and equally skilfil.

Super Service!
After booking by phone and receiving a text the day before due, I arrived in time and was greeted at the door by a friendly face, unlocked the outer door and who showed me inside! I booked myself in on the electronic pad provided, walked though to Nursing area and waited 5-10 mins and was dealt with by yet another friendly face!

Attempt to get a GP appointment
I had a phone review on 8th July with Dr Mosley after having had a blood test. During the call I told him about a small growth that has appeared on my scalp and he agreed to see me about it. He said he would ring on Friday and make an appt. Friday came and went. Monday I rang routine appts and explained situation and was promised that a GP would ring me back and make an appt. Monday came and went. Its now 15:30 on Tuesday (14th July) and am still waiting for an appt. Regards - Nigel

Re recent visit to surgery. Everything in the waiting room was fine, social distancing being correctly observed. Only one concern is that I have had no feedback from the heart clinic. Hopefully this means no news is good news, but it would be nice to have confirmation that all is okay.
