Routine appointment
Was met at the door by the receptionist who asked if I had any covid symptoms and had my temperature checked. Then I was admitted to the surgery and after a short wait in an empty room seen by the nurse, and had a routine blood sample taken. All this was slightly new and different but easy to follow.

I only became a patient at the surgery earlier in the year. All of the dealings I have had have been good and positive. The staff are extremely pleasant and I am impressed that my medical record was reviewed and annual blood test picked up.

I have been coming to the surgery recently for some B12 injections and initially I was very anxious but all of the Receptionists and Nurses have all put me at ease. They have been extremely helpful and friendly. The service has been great and I would highly recommend this surgery.

Review of medication ordering and telephone GP review of medication
At first I had a problem with online ordering of medication thinking I had ordered but then finding I had not. Now I am more used to this all Is OK. Staff were helpful. Difficult due to the covid19 crisis but I don't like having to yell out my name and address from a distance in the chemist attached to the surgery, ( confidentiality ). Telephone medication review with GP helpful. Overall all good. Thank you all for your care.

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.

I accompanied my wife who was in for an ecg. Unfortunately she had to go to hospital. The staff were very friendly and efficient and organised a taxi for me as I am disabled and unable to drive our car home. Top marks to all the staff I would highly recommend this surgery.

All COVID-19 precautions were in place by all staff and the surgery only accessible if you had an appointment. Social distancing was maintained in the waiting area. Nurse fully protected. A good experience in difficult times.
