I was surprised cocodamol had been taken off my long term repeat prescription list and applied to have it reinstated. Unfortunately i missed the call but the message left, suggested that cocodamol was back on my list. Thank you.

Escorting my husband to Crookhorn surgery

I brought my husband for 2r outine checks, he has dementia, my experience was of calm, effective and safe management of the current situation. I was very impressed how well the nurse treating him identifies his difficulties and managed them.

Getting an appointment

Getting an appointment by phone to see anyone Is an ordeal and I’ve found fruitless. I’ve reverted to emailing but even then I had an email go unanswered for nearly two weeks so I had to use the online form to apply again for a call.

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.
