Extremely professional and competent, very good telephone manner and able to assist in many ways as to what to do etc. Was not completely focused on one thing, but fully explained how other problems I am currently going through can and may be heart related. Advised me that he would send a full Update Report to Dr. Kydd for consideration, spent 30+ minutes on my welfare and check up, Very positive for me and representing the Surgery, now awaiting possible follow up from GP!

Great doctors surgery
I contacted the surgery as very unwell and as always they we brilliant. Had to go to a different surgery to be seen but all safety standards were fully met making me feel at ease. Great doctors surgery with caring staff across all professions. Could not fault.

Full blood count
I had a blood test. Waiting time and arrangements were satisfactory. Staff were courteous and efficient.
Test results show four quantities outside reference range, but result is "Satisfactory" and "no further action" is required. I would like that result to be confirmed and explained.

Out of the blue call.
I was somewhat surprised to receive a call asking for me to attend the surgery for tests. These tests then lead on to another call asking me to attend QA on a certain date. THis did unnerve me slightly. I did attend which lead on to me having 2 stents fitted. The service I have recieved from the Surgery and NHS in general has been superb. However,the initial call and subsequent events did come out of the blue and has given my wife and myself some slight distress.

Blood test with Marvelous Mandy
A regular PSA blood test and Mandy knows just where to stick her needle in me !! This was at Crookhorn and not CPH but was just as easy and quick and nearly painless but I am a squinny so no worries there.

Went in for a blood test and after some minor scheduling issues due to the pandemic, I was set up for an appointment early in the morning. All the staff was absolutely lovely, I had a really nice chat during the blood test and I had my prescription done within the same appointment. The surgery itself was clean and followed all the important safety measures.

Helpful staff at Crookhorn
In this current situation the staff as always very helpful and mindful of the situation. Chairs were well spaced out and hand sanitiser is available by checking in machine, reception desk and other places. Can’t praise the staff enough and the nurses are great as usual and putting you at ease from the start
