My recent experience was very satisfactory we now have to put a lot of trust in the Nurse Practitioner and I must say so far very good always patient and pleasant actually listens to any concerns I might have and reacts to them.

Appointment process
Phoned up just after 9 to request a call back from a GP. Doctor called back quickly and made appointment for me to see Paramedic Practioner just after 11. Diagnosed, and appropriate medication prescribed and collected from pharmacy by 11.30. I'm very happy to have had a quick phone conversation with the GP rather than take their time with a lengthy consultation. Excellent service.

Very thorough and reassuring
Easy to obtain appointment on line. Experience with Dr Whittamore very good. Felt I was given enough time to talk, my results from hospital explained well. I felt Doctor was very thorough and reassuring.

I received a text message from the surgery to say they would like to "check my blood pressure" on a machine in reception. I attended on the same day as the text and had my blood pressure taken which was deemed high by the machine. I gave my results to the receptionist. I am waiting for a call to see if I need to return.

Experienced some good things
I have experienced some good things when having to go to the surgery. I have always managed to get an appointment even when being told I should phone up later, but the receptionist managed to get me an appointment because I was in so much pain which turned out to be an appendicitis and an abscess. Which involved me going into hospital, so thankful for that.

I call the surgery on a mon evening. With a few concerns about my mum the reception staff were fantastic and listened to my worries . I called the next day to make an appointment were I was meet by the very helpful reception staff who arranged for a doctor to call me back he did 10 minutes later he listened to me an made her an appointment .once we arrived we both whent in to see
the nurse who was extremely attentive and wonderful she listened and consoled with the doctor I was amazing by the fantastic service my mother got at the hands of these fantastic people I would definitely recommend this surgery fantastic
