The doctor and receptionists were fantastic along with the treatment.
The surgery facilities are excellent along with all the Doctors, Nurses and staff.

They are very pleasant, polite and helpful and always resolves any problems.

I arrived and asked if I could have the shingles vaccine, all I had to was sit and wait for the doctor to be free which was about 20mins and received it there and then without prior appointment, excellent service. Thank you.

Always able to get an appointment if needed after triage, all enquiries dealt with in a prompt, courteous manner by all staff.

Went for my arthritis after flare up, doctor prescribed steroids which worked well.

GP was on schedule, gave information and advice before the procedure. Am nervous of needles, so he was very reassuring. He thoroughly cleaned and checked bottle and dosage before administering and informed me of potential future repeats of the procedure. Very satisfied with this visit.

I came as I have a problem with my liver and have been experiencing pains in my right side. A blood test was organised for which I have called for results to be told they were abnormal but not by too much so doctor has put no further action. I said I would like to discuss with doctor. I was advised no appointments were avail so go online to book at 7pm. Every evening for the last 7 days I have attempted this for there NEVER to be an appointment available. I an still waiting to try and book an appointment to date!! This isn’t the first time My family has had this issue. Something HAS to be done about the availability of appointments. It’s an absolute nightmare trying to get through to book the appointments as the line is either forced busy and cuts you off or your number 15 in the queue. This surgery hasn’t always been like this, it wasn’t this bad even 2 years ago but it’s getting impossible! This is a great surgery but some very wrong decisions have clearly been made regarding appointment booking within the last couple of years and it desperately needs reviewing.

Checked in with computer and was seen on time.

Practise nurse was very kind but was unable to help me regarding my Diabetic question.

I have always found any contact that I have had at the surgery with staff to be excellent.

This appointment was excellent, I dropped in for a vaccination only waited 5 minutes or less before being called in and it was administered quickly and painlessly.
It's a pity that the three previous attempts were unsuccessful, twice I waited over 40 minutes and eventually ran out of time - not really what I'd term 'drop in'! The third time the surgery was closed - 2 pm on a Wednesday - you advertise as being open then!
I'd also mention that on arrival for vaccination I'd been advised I needed I was informed that I also need a further two separate ones. If I hadn't dropped in, when/how would I be informed of these additional ones; I doubt if I visit the surgery more than once a year.

Quick and efficient. Place is full of ill people though. :-)

Phoned for an emergency appointment at 8 am. Call returned by 8.10 in surgery and seen by 8.45.
Treatment successful. So lucky to be a patient at this surgery.

This health problem has been around since earlier March and by it's continuation I am feeling concerned about it.

My husband and I recently used the drop in facility for a top up jab and were pleasantly surprised to be seen within 15 minutes. I would recommend this surgery any day as the service we have received in the last 30 years has been grade 1.
