My recent same day appointment
I had a bad flare up of diverticulitis which was causing me to be in immense pain ... Thanks to the doctors help the problem was dealt with effectively with the help of a course of antibiotics which cleared it up within a week.

Was pleasantly surprised that a routine appointment was available within the week I asked for one. Doctor I saw showed concern for my problem and suggested several ways they would be dealing with it, Including giving medication straight away No complaints, was made to feel valued.

Brilliant service
I called the surgery at 8am when I woke up with a very painful ear infection following on from having a throat infection. I just wanted some advice. A doctor called me back within 10 minutes and, after I had explained my symptoms, he recommended that I go to the surgery and asked if I could be there by 9am. I saw a nurse who checked me out and, after discovering a nasty infection in my ear, prescribed antibiotics. I was able to collect them from the on site chemist. I was also able, at the same time, to book a slot for my free health check. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Brilliant.

Shingles Vaccination
Requested to attend the surgery for a shingles vaccination, stating no appointment necessary, just turn up. I waited in the surgery for approximately 45 minutes for a Doctor to administer said vaccination which took about 60 seconds. So not a great experience.

I rang the surgery as I am almost out of my regular medication. I was told I needed to have a blood test. I said I'd had a blood test in May. It seems that whoever ordered my May blood test ordered every test except for the one I take medication. I had to have another blood test.
