Speedy and prompt service
I asked the receptionist for an appointment to see a Dr, then her associate helped me fill in a form on the machine and told me a Dr would call at home. They did within an hour with an appointment to go back 1hr later!!! This was amazing, the result being I have been referred for an ultrasound appointment, as the lump that has appeared on my spine needed to be explained in full.

Copd review
Gill was very friendly, had no problems to report with copd, but when she checked my blood pressure it was high & she was quite concerned, made me promise to check when I got home & leave her a message. Checked & it was fine & I left her a message, so she could sign me off.

Helpfulness
I struggle with being in medical situations due to my PTSD and your reception team aren't very clued up on communicating or working out if someone is struggling, this may come with experience but still maybe do some training with them

Very good. I drank enough water so they could get blood out this time, as before I didn't drink enough water to have the blood test done, but did this time explained what was happening, the nurse was very kind and helpful

Welcomed by the lovely Jackie who made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Explained everything in my language and agreed an extra thing to improve my health. Pleased with outcome and she was able to give me the answer to a long outstanding matter at the hospital.

Annual heart check
It was good to actually see a doctor which reassures you that all checks which are taken are ( not saying that previous persons who have done the check are not qualified) but actually seeing a doctor face to face is a rarity nowadays.

I had to wait a whole year to get this appointment with the nurse.
Still waiting to see a doctor about a diagnosis I was given by QA 2 years ago.
I can never get an appointment.
So I am not happy with that. Maybe you can get me an appointment..

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you have struggled to gain access, although some reviews are only required annually. Since moving over to Anima you should find that you are appointed through to the relevant service to be able to progress your diagnosis from the hospital.
