I was put at ease

Went to the practice for a health checkup, seen as soon as I had booked in, I was put at ease as I have a phobia of needles, very nice person that dealt with me.

Friendly and reassuring

My appointment was on time and the GP was friendly and reassuring. I felt listened to and left feeling confident in my treatment. It was good to be able to actually speak to and be seen by a medical practitioner face to face.

Blood test

I must admit, I have been in tears in the past trying to get an appointment however on this occasion, I contacted the surgery to have a specific blood test done which was needed for a private doctor consultation. I was positively overwhelmed by the surgery and doctor's response as they were able to arrange for me to have the blood test done very quickly. Thank you!
