A perfect consultation

A perfect consultation. Efficient and friendly. I am grateful; awaiting results of blood test as carried out . The star rating refers to today's consultation only since the no treatment has yet been proven necessary or, what it might have to be.

Very good

Overall very good and efficient service. Only thing worth mentioning was that I gave myself a bit of a fright on your blood pressure machine which gave a strange reading, thankfully the nurse was on hand to do a conventional test and the results confirmed normal range perhaps it’s time to invest in a new machine rather than frighten the patients.

Friendly and efficient

My appointment with the nurse was on time. She was friendly, efficient and empathetic. She sought further help for the issues I was experiencing and resolved them within a few minutes.

Reminder received just in case forgotten, good idea, arrived on time, pleasant staff, short wait, procedure explained and carried out with little discomfort. Once finished asked to wait in reception for result. After a short wait advised test reviewed and ok to go. Good to be able to use local surgery rather than need to travel to Portsmouth
