Surgery empty but asked to self check in even though reception manned and open. Unfortunately was unable to check in via self service so back to reception.

Thank you for your feedback. Where possible we request patients to self check in as the reception staff have other services that they cover, however we are sorry that the self check in wasn't working and you were required to return to reception.

Made me feel very comfortable

Went to the surgery on Friday for a blood test. I was very nervous and anxious. Susan was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. She spoke to me throughout the procedure and was very gentle.
