We are sorry that you were not seen on time, this is very much dependent on the clinical need of those patients seen prior to you, this often cannot be determined beforehand. Blood test

Had a blood test which was no problem until I removed the dressing a few hours later to discover the 'mother of all bruises'. Never seen such a large bruise and, five days later, my arm is still black and blue and looks very unsightly. On the up- side the results were all favourable.
